Coconut Apricot Creme Wax
We chose coconut apricot creme wax because it is simply one of the best waxes available, for you and for the environment.
Coconut is one of the most renewable crops on earth, naturally replenishing without the need for harmful pesticides or intensive land use. Apricot kernel oil, the other key component, is a byproduct of the food industry, meaning it is given a purposeful second life rather than going to waste. This is also the same oil found in luxury skincare, prized for its softening and skin-nourishing properties. It is exceptionally light, which is part of why it carries fragrance so beautifully. Together they form a wax that is fully plant-derived, biodegradable, and completely free from petroleum.
Our coconut apricot creme wax is a plant-derived blend that burns cleanly, produces minimal soot, and keeps the air in your home significantly better than conventional alternatives. What goes into the wax matters. We chose ours carefully.
The performance reflects the quality of the ingredients. It burns cooler and more slowly than conventional waxes, which means a longer life per candle. Its creamy, ivory finish needs no dyes or additives to look beautiful. And fragrance fills the room the way it should, gradually and fully, without being sharp or chemical.
From Plant to Pour
Cold-Press Extraction
Coconut oil is extracted from dried coconut flesh using a cold-press method - no heat, no chemical solvents. This preserves the natural integrity of the oil and keeps the final wax clean from the very first stage.
Hydrogenation
The liquid coconut oil is then hydrogenated - a controlled process that solidifies it into a stable wax form suitable for candle making. This is what gives it its characteristic creamy, ivory finish and slow, even burn.
Blending with Apricot
Cosmetic-grade apricot kernel oil - a byproduct of the food industry - is introduced at a precise ratio. It softens the wax, improves fragrance binding, and gives the finished candle its exceptionally smooth surface and superior scent throw.
No Additives. Ever.
No dyes, no synthetic hardeners, no additives. What you receive is the wax in its purest usable form - nothing added to cut costs or alter appearance.
Cotton and Wooden Wicks
What sits at the center of a candle matters more than most people realize. Many budget wicks still contain metal cores, including zinc, which release trace compounds into the air when burned. Ours contain none of that.
Our cotton wicks are LX-series wicks, coreless and flat-braided with stabilizing threads that create an exceptionally consistent flame. No metal core, no synthetic filler, no compromise.
The result is a wick that produces minimal mushrooming, and generates virtually no soot. The flame stays calm and steady, the melt pool forms evenly, and the candle performs the way it should from the very first light to the last.
Clean, Phthalate-Free Fragrance Oils
Scent is the whole point, and it is also where many candle brands quietly cut corners. Conventional fragrance oils often contain phthalates, a class of synthetic chemicals used to make scent linger longer. They work. But phthalates are also classified as endocrine disruptors, meaning they interfere with hormonal function. We do not use them.
All of our fragrance oils are phthalate-free, skin-safe rated, and vegan. They are formulated without the harmful additives found in lower-grade alternatives and are designed to bind beautifully with coconut apricot wax, producing a true, consistent scent throw from the first burn to the last. No artificial sharpness, no chemical edge. Just the scent as it was meant to smell.
Every Choice Is Intentional
We did not arrive at these ingredients by accident. Each one was chosen because it performs better, burns cleaner, and sits more honestly in the world than the alternative. This is what clean candle making looks like in practice.
100% Vegan
Every ingredient, including the wax and fragrance oils, is entirely free from animal-derived materials.

Our wax is plant-derived and biodegradable, not a fossil fuel byproduct.
